Brown Rice Vegetable Quiche

This dish is a perfect lunch if you have left over rice from the night before and are quite hungry as its really filling. Brown rice is great for cleansing the bowel and asparagus detoxifies the liver (fat burning organ), whilst the protein in the eggs keep you fuller for longer aiding weight loss. I made this with no cheese at all but it would need a bit for more flavour.
