Chicken and prosciutto on a bed of puy lentils with avocado, asparagus & chai seed salad

Believe it or not I actually had this for breakfast this morning because I could not find any quinoa or eggs and it was yummy! Chai seeds are a concentrated food containing healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fibre, antioxidants, and calcium. They have a mild nutty flavour and are an unprocessed, whole-grain food that can be absorbed by the body as seeds (unlike flaxseeds). Add them to salads, cereals, smoothies etc.
