Chicken and Vegetable Bake

This is a great alternative to pasta bake without the heavy carbs and I have used chicken and lentils because my hubby is a meat man but it is really a veggie dish. In case you didn’t know, butternut squash is perfect for fat burning for those you wish to lose weight as it’s low in calories and contains no fat, cholesterol or sodium. In addition to the fat burning nutrients, butternut squash also contains vitamin C, E, K, B6, folate and thiamin plus the minerals zinc, selenium, iron and phosphorus. If that is not an excuse to eat this then nothing is!
