I do love my soups and this is one of my favourites, not just with me but with all the children. If you don’t like things hot then don’t be put off by the chilli as it is only half to give it that extra flavour with a difference so the kids could eat it. As usual I have my lentils in it to ensure I am getting that extra fibre and high protein. I have added garlic and onions to help with the immune system and cleanse any yeast.
