Kids Jam Jar Smoothies (Dairy Free/ Sugar Free)

What better way to ensure that your kids are getting their daily allowance of vegetables than with a breakfast, kid morning or afternoon smoothie. I added a bit of fun and put them in some old jam jars with fun pirate straws from the pound shop. When the kids are off for the summer they sometimes don’t stop to eat or drink so this is a win win for both and great afternoon pick me up!
