Kids Snack: Strawberries, Pineapple & Lactofree Cheese

If you have kids like me that are constantly snacking then I feel your pain! It can be difficult trying to come up with some healthy snack when it’s so easy to reach for a bag or crisps or a biscuit. Fruit is excellent but if you add some cheese then it slows the absorption of the fruit sugars into the bloodstream. I have used lactofree cheese as its has less sugars and the fat will keep the sugar cravings at bay for a while.
