My daily struggle is what will I make the kids today that doesn’t contain yeast or sugar. I try to give them wheat free as much as possible but the pasta as it contains corn and the rice and spelt versions can be very hard to find. This was a great hit, even though my 5 year old did her usual roll of the eyes and puffed out lip, to which I replies, just taste it and then respond. She did and ate it up so fast that her plate was spinning. Now don’t get me wrong, its not a culinary masterpiece, far from it but with kids we need to keep it simple plus I had nothing in the fridge so had to work with the tools that I had at hand:-)
