No Bake Date Square Treats (Gluten/Dairy/Cane Sugar Free)

I often encourage my clients to cut out fruit (especially dried) if they want to loose weight. However you can only be a martyr for so long and need a little treat every now and again, especially during holiday season when all around you are pigging out! My advice is to be make your own treats and use the natural sugars rather than cane sugar. A bit more effort but much more reward:-)
