Salmon with roast quinoa, peppers and pomegranate salad

We need to make sure we are taking enough good fats and omega fatty acids for weight loss and general health. Research shows that taking fish oil or eating more fish improves glucose sensitivity, reduces insulin resistance, reduces markers of inflammation and speeds fat oxidation by stimulating a specific receptor in the liver that affects fat. Have oily fish like salmon or tuna at least 3 times a week and take flaxseed every day or the full benefits.
