Seared Scallops with Pea Puree & Courgette Ribbons

Try this yummy dinner or lunch option from James Duigan. Scallops are very nutritious as they are a good source of vitamin B12 and omega 3 fatty acids, magnesium, selenium and potassium. Likewise peas are very alkaline forming and full of vitamins A, B and C and can really help an irritated tummy once pureed.
