Who would like to arrive home from work tomorrow and have their dinner ready and waiting? One of the biggest obstacles to staying healthy is time. We all work hard and then most of us come home tired with more chores to do. Sometimes it’s just convenient and we are so hungry that we want to grab something quick, which usually isn’t healthy. I was given a slow cooker a few years ago and it has sat in my cupboard gathering dust. I have decided to brush it off and start exploring healthy slow cooker recipes. This is my first one on Friday. Finished work at 6.30 and was starving and viola there was my dinner ready and waiting.
