This started off as a soup and ended up becoming a seafood chowder full of substance. Not a potato, cheese or cream in sight so ultra healthy and full of protein to keep you fuller for longer so an excellent weight loss meal for either lunch or dinner. The fajita beans add a bit of spice but normal beans and chilli would do also. I made it on the slow cooker but likewise it could also be done on the hob and perfect for the kids also:-)
