Vanilla Chai & Coconut Tea

Need something to kill the sugar cravings at night? Try this Vanilla Chai tea made with Ko ko milk (almond or rice milk is good too) rather than water (much more healthier than a hot chocolate). It’s an organic caffeine free herbal tea lightly sweetened with cinnamon, ginger, cardamon, fennel, licorice and vanilla. As we know poor digestion can cause many ailments.
