I find soups are a great snack as well as lunch because they are liquid they are easy on the digestive system plus really fill you up. Most grocery garages will have vegetable soup mix that you can stop and grab if you have nothing in the house and don’t want to go to a super market. Just add lentils for protein to keep you full for longer as they are the powerhouse of nutrition being a good source of potassium, calcium, zinc, niacin and vitamin K, and rich in dietary fibre, lean protein, folate and iron.
