Let’s start a new 9 year cycle together….

Welcome to the new world as I literally type this at 11.11 on the 17th February 2026. Day 1 of the new year of the Fire Horse and year 1 of a 9 year cycle.

Don’t know about you but I am a tad excited. I’ve been up receiving download and messages for this video since 3am…almost feels like Christmas morning lol (sort of).

But in all seriousness there is a shift whether you can feel it yet or not you will by the end of March once we are through the 6 week Eclipse season which brings in massive change whether we like it or not but always for our highest good so remember that if your struggling.

In the chinese zodiac each year is associated with 1 of 12 animals and 1 of 5 elements and this year is the FIRE HORSE. Yes horses denote freedom and usher in independence and forward momentum but they are also very sensitive, heart centred and intuitive creatures so this is what we will experience this year and anything not in alignment with your hearts desires will leave swiftly whether you are ready or not so ride that wave (or horse so to speak).

To prepare for this year I would advise:

1. Get into alignment, concentrate on one area of focus rather than load of goals. Reduce the overwhelm whether you can and protect your energy, peace and nervous system.

2. Break that one area of focus down into smaller achievable, daily steps.

3. Define what freedom means for you in your life as everyone is different.

New Moon ‘Ring of Fire’ Solar Eclipse bringing change

As I mentioned Eclipses bring in massive change and we start with this New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius asking you to RESET and reclaim your power, sovereignty, authenticity and light.

Aquarian energy is rebellious, revolutionary, future focussed, visionary and community based.

You are being asked to come back home to the self with the Mother Mary blue ray energy (blue is associated with the higher soul authentic self), to literally question and remove yourself from what is holding you back. Ie what is not in alignment. Old systems, beliefs, energy, people, patterns etc

To get super intentional about who and where you place your energy this year to start this 9 year cycle off correctly.

To take you power back and reclaim it, to free yourself as horses are connected to freedom, to choose a new way forward that feel aligned and authentic to ou and no one else. To thyn own self be true…..

This is a special transformative eclipse because it is known as the RING OF FIRE.

This celestial event literally holds the secret to help you awaken to your truth to allow you to transform with. Almost like sparking an ember in that cosmic fire within your sacral chakra and burning away outdate beliefs, patterns and old energies that simply do not serve you anymore.

This is a deep purification process that will last until the Spring Equinox otherwise known as Ostara on the 21st March, a cosmic cleanse or gateway if you like hence the importance of this video.

We are literally entering a new heart centred Aquarian age and consciousness so we must all heal our hearts to rise together as a collective hence the recents files being exposed as anything on in alignment must be exposed to be cleared.

This is a call to introspection, to our deepest fears that are holding us back. Please don’t fear the darkness, simply have awareness, understanding and integrate it and that is where true freedom resides. Taken the next 6 weeks to explore these uncharted waters of the mind and face that which you have suppressed for lifetimes.

Time to be courageous and it starts with the heart and simply open it like a flower and allow the old petals to simply fall for the new to grow at the spring equinox.

 

What does the year of the Firehorse mean?

The year of the firehorse is all about OPTIMISM & OPPORTUNITY.  Horses are ENERGETIC, DYNAMIC and have PERSERVERANCE but are also intuitive, gentle and warm hearted.  Horses thrive in environments where they can roam freely and be wild.  They pursue passions without constraint and are impulsive at times and often unpredictable.  Then we add in the fire element with its mix of passion, courage and radical change and you have a year of quick TRANSFORMATIONS.

This, coupled with a no 1 year will make 2026 a year to remember so it’s important to understand the energy but also to balance the fast pace with feminine flow and surrender.  Yes fire is action and the masculine but water is flow an the feminine and can’t have one with the other.

So with this being said here at 6 ways that we can thrive this year?

 

1. Let go of the need for perfection. It’s literally a passion killer and there is no such thing.
2. Embrace your passion projects and only do what lights you up.
3. Avoid burnout by grounding regularly between flow and force (feminine & masculine)
4. Be mindful of your reactions as fire energy suppressed can make you quick tempered so learn ow to self regulate through self awareness of the self
5. Focus on Freedom and what that means for you in your life. Ask yourself does this feel freeing to me
6. Trust your intuition and have fun, breaking a rules sometimes is ok

 

It’s important to take it slow, to ground, to find support via a coach or therapist, to read books, to listen to podcasts with different views and find what is true for you or what resonates with you even if it doesn’t logically make sense but also to balance this with grounding, balanced diet, sleep and energy work like reiki, acupuncture, massage or reflexology.  I would highly recommend my Hormone Balance Course at this stage as you can work away at your own pace.  It is designed with over 20hrs of content across all 4 bodies; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual with a focus on balancing, understanding and integrating our inner and outer worlds.
