Chicken & Coconut Noodle Soup

As the days are getting wetter and evenings getting colder we are definately in need of some healthy comfort food. Yummy chicken noodle soup full of protein to keep you full for longer, B vitamins to feed your brain, give you energy and help you cope with stress, onions and ginger for detoxification and to increase blood flow and the special ingredient coconut milk (make sure you go for a light one) which contains vitamins C,E, B1, B3, B6, iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
