Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala with Quinoa

This winter I want to take the stress out of cooking by cooking one meal that the whole family will love but that you can adjust to suit your diet. The kids can eat the rice whilst you have the quinoa if you are opting for a low carb option. Better still shave this cooking all day whilst you are at work and spend more time with the family when you come home. After al life is too short and it only takes 5-8 mins to prepare before you leave in the morning or do it the night before:-)
