Slow Cooker Moroccan Vegetable Tagine with Salmon

Slow cookers have been around since the 70s and are making a big come back for healthy families! As long as you are organised and research your recipes then all you need is 5/10 minutes in the morning or the night before to prepare your ingredients. The good news is that you can drive home with a skip in your step knowing that dinner will be ready for you when you get home. This is the perfect vegetable accompaniment or as a vegetarian main served with some quinoa, due to the mix of protein and carbohydrates. What a kick….delicious!
